Pastor Tom and his wife Crystal have been serving at Faith Evangelical Free Church for the past 9 years. They have 2 children, Joshua who attends the University of Northwestern and Melody who is in 10th grade. They have an 11-year old yellow Labrador named Buddy. Pastor Tom enjoys the outdoors, hiking and camping with his family.

Pastor Tom came to know Jesus on Christmas Eve in 1979. He was attending church with his cousins and the pastor explained the true meaning of Christmas. He then asked people to make a decision to accept Jesus as one’s Savior. He prayed that prayer and God transformed his life. He felt peace like never before and he felt forgiven and now had a strong desire to know God.

Pastor Tom has a desire to share Jesus with those who do not yet know Him. Pastor Tom’s favorite Bible Verse is 2 Timothy 2:15 which says,  “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.”

Faith Evangelical Free Church of Robbinsdale, Minnesota is a member of the North Central District of the Evangelical Free Church of America, and holds to the EFCA’s Statement of Faith.
